Dawn Martin is a seasoned professional with over four decades of experience in conflict management, coaching, organization development, and law. Through her partnership experiences in private law practice and multiple public-and private-sector initiatives, she has found that strong relationships, clear expectations, and equity are essential for individual and collective well being and effectiveness.
Dawn specializes in facilitating dialogue, negotiations, and planning processes that support communication, foster collaboration, build trust, and prevent and resolve conflicts. To strengthen leadership self-awareness and equip partners to leverage workplace styles, she administers and facilitates numerous assessments. She has led multidisciplinary teams in Latin America, Eastern Europe, Africa, and Asia. Her work also has included designing and delivering trainings in mediation, negotiation, and leadership development in the United States and globally for a diverse range of clients, including lawyers, executives, and managers.
