Organizational Consultant
Margaret Wilson is an organizational consultant with more than 20 years of experience working in and with family-owned and closely-held companies. She collaborates with business owners and executives to initiate and manage change, develop leaders and teams, attract and retain talented employees, and improve workforce productivity – all designed to maximize business performance through people. Margaret has authored numerous articles related to family business, organizational health and leadership development for publications such as The Baltimore Business Journal, The Daily Record, Baltimore SmartCEO and Families in Business. She co-authored The Accountability Factor: The Buck Starts Here, released in 2006, and has received several awards for her work in employee and organizational communication.
