As part of an on-going series, David Gage presented keynote addresses to these four estate planning councils. He explored ways in which an inclusive, holistic approach to estate planning can improve the experience and outcome of the process for both older and younger generations. Dr. Gage focused on ways in which "co-inheritors" of businesses and other assets can prevent conflict by creating a Partnership Charter as part of the estate planning process.
